3 Day Challenge – Day 1

3 Day Challenge - Day 1

Day 1: Dream Big, Start Small – Get Clear on Your 2025 Vision

Welcome to Day 1 of the challenge!

Over the next three days we are looking at one of the most common, yet most ignored tools in the quest to an ideal life…The Vision Board!!

The issue I see is that so many people create a gorgeous looking Vision Board only to hide it away never to be seen again.  If is does get put in an open space, often there is still a belief that it is too far from reality and it could never be.  How often have you heard people say that a particular thing has been on their Vision Board for YEARS!!

It’s easy to get caught up in the busyness of everyday life, feeling like you’re treading water just to stay afloat. But today, I want you to pause. Take a deep breath  IN…and OUT

For the next few days, this is your time to step away from the craziness and really think about what you want for your life in the year ahead.

This isn’t about making a massive leap overnight or overhauling everything all at once. (no-one can realistically do that.)

It’s about giving yourself permission to dream big and then breaking it down into small steps that feel doable, even on a tight budget or a busy schedule.

You’ll end today with clarity, motivation, and two powerful tools to kickstart your journey: The Life Audit and the Ideal Day Worksheet.

Are you ready? Let’s GO!!

Step 1: Dare to Dream Big

Before we look at the details, let’s go wide and dream big. What does your ideal 2025 look like?  Take a few short minutes to contemplate this…

Imagine you wake up on January 1, 2026, feeling completely content.
What would that version of your life look like?

  • Would you feel healthier?
  • Happier?
  • More connected with your family?
  • Maybe you’ve taken a trip you’ve always dreamed of or
  • Finally organized your home in a way that feels perfect.

Here are a few questions to get you started:

  • What does your ideal day feel like, from the moment you wake up to when you go to bed? *Tip: You can have more than one Ideal Day. You might have an ideal work day, and ideal holiday day, and ideal weekend day or and ideal day off work
  • How do you want to feel in 2025? Calmer, happier, healthier?
  • Are there areas of your life that currently feel broken or a bit “sucky”
  • What would bring more joy, balance, or excitement into your daily life?

If those questions feel too much, don’t worry! That’s why we’re starting small today.

Step 2: Your Ideal Day – Dream

Can you imagine YOUR perfect life? What EXACTLY does it look like?

In this exercise, I guide you through your Ideal Day.

You can do this exercise a number of times if you like, because –let’s face it- nobody wants to be living the same day, no matter how perfect, over and over and over like some weird Ground Hog Day.

I like to have a Perfect Day, a Perfect Weekend Day, a Perfect Work Day, a Perfect Vacation Day etc. Have fun with it.

To get started, make yourself comfortable in your favourite chair, or lie down on your bed and relax. Spend just 5 minutes or so immersing yourself in your ideal day.

When you are ready, write it all down. Get REALLY specific, you want this vision to be as if you are REALLY living it NOW.

Enjoy this process to dream of YOUR Ideal Day(s)

The worksheet will help you visualize what a perfect day in 2025 looks like. You’ll answer questions like:

  • What time do you wake up?
  • What’s the first thing you do?
  • How do you spend your morning, afternoon, and evening?
  • Who do you spend your time with?
  • What activities make you feel fulfilled, happy, or energized?

Take your time and dream freely. This isn’t about what’s realistic or practical—it’s about imagining what’s possible.

The Magic of Small Steps

Once you’ve sketched out your ideal day, ask yourself:

  • What’s one small thing you can do this week to make that vision a little closer to reality?
  • If your ideal day includes a calm, organized morning routine, could you start by waking up 10 minutes earlier to have quiet time with a cup of tea? (Have the kitchen ready to go with the kettle filled and your cup out waiting)
  • If your vision includes better health, could you take a 10-minute walk (Get off the bus one stop earlier and walk the rest of the way)or plan one healthy meal (Make a “fake-away” meal – DIY Pizza or Tacos)  this week?

Remember, the path to big changes is starting small. Each little step brings your closer to your ideal, and before you know it, those steps add up to something incredible.

Step 3: The Life Audit – Where Are You Now?

Before we can figure out where you’re going, you need to get clear on where you are. That’s where the Life Audit download comes in.
A MAJOR part of your ideal life is to have Balance. I am not just talking about work-life balance (whatever the heck that means 😊)

But rather balance in the way that every part of your life is equally as perfect.

You may have seen the “Wheel of Life” many times before, but if you haven’t, the idea is to score each part of your life and thus determine which part of your life needs attention.

In this next exercise, I have set out the areas of your life and tabulated them rather than using a wheel.

This simple worksheet will help you assess different areas of your life and identify what’s working well and what needs a little improvement.

The Life Audit breaks your life into these key areas:

  • Home & Environment
  • Family & Friends
  • Romance / Significant Other
  • Health
  • Career / Business
  • Wealth
  • Personal Growth, Learning & Spirituality
  • Fun, Hobbies & recreation

Rate each area out of 10, don’t think too hard about the WHY just know, just go with your feelings.

This is what I call my “Current Life Level

When you have completed each section, add up your scores and divide by 8.  This will give you the average of your overall life.

Be honest with yourself—this isn’t about being perfect or judging where you’re at. It’s about understanding the baseline so you can move forward.

Take 10–15 minutes to complete your Life Audit now.

Reflecting on Your Life Audit

Now that you’ve rated each area, look back at your scores.

• Which areas are you happiest with? Even if you’re only at a 6 or 7 in some areas, be grateful for those wins.
• Which areas have the lowest scores? These are your opportunities for growth and improvement in 2025.

The goal isn’t to necessarily aim for a perfect 10 in every category.
Life changes and what might have been a 10 in the past might only rate a 4 or 5 now.
Take a closer look over each section and choose just ONE area that has scored less than a perfect 10.

What can you do in the next 30 days to improve that score by just a little bit?

What would help move that area closer to your ideal life you imagined earlier?

Be creative here, most things can be achieved for little to no money or take much extra time from your day.

Some ideas I have seen from ladies who have done this exercise:

  • Improved Health by committing to walking just 5 minutes every day (because 30 minutes was just NOT do-able right now)
  • Improved Relationships with a spouse by having “Day Dates” rather than Date Nights which involved expensive baby sitter They arranged play dates for their kids and packed a picnic for themselves and spent that time at a park or beach.
  • Improved Health AND Family AND Relationships by making walking the dogs a family outing where they asked “what was the best part of your day?
  • Improved Wealth my committing to saving just $5.00 per week into a higher interest account.
  • Improved Personal Growth by discovering her local library had a HUGE selection of eBooks and Audio books that could be consumed on her daily commute.
  • Improved Home & Environment by making the bed every morning.

As you can see, these tiny actions can help lift your spirit and propel you toward that ideal life you dream of, and there does NOT need to be a bucket load of money spent.

It is more about finding what areas need more attention to bring your overall rating up, even if by just one step.

  • Who do you spend your time with?
  • What activities make you feel fulfilled, happy, or energized?

Take your time and dream freely. This isn’t about what’s realistic or practical—it’s about imagining what’s possible

Step 4: Vision Board Creation

Now that you’ve completed the Life Audit and Ideal Day exercises, it’s time to put it all together.
I know I said earlier that traditional vision boards can be problematic – and I truly believe they are..

Here is my remedy to that and how to create a Vision Board that is more aligned with YOUR vision.

Have a look back at your Life Audit page and create a Vision Board section for each of the areas your want to improve in the next year.

My own vision board currently has images relating to travel, health and good food 😊

To get started divide a piece of paper (or a Canva page) into 8 sections. Now fill each section in with your ideals.  Then you can mix them up and create something pretty.

I prefer to use digital images as I can find the EXACT thing I am visualising rather than “near enough” pictures from magazines.

Don’t forget to add some words and feelings to the mix as well.

When you are happy with your finished project, put it somewhere you can see it every day.  Mine is printed on A4 and lives on top of my tall boy.   In the past I have taken a photo of it and used it as the wallpaper on my phone and iPad too.

A Few Final Tips

  • Focus on YOU : When dreaming about 2025, focus on how you want to feel as much as things. Balance and happiness often comes from less “stuff” and more “it feels good”
  • Don’t compare: Your dream life doesn’t have to look like anyone else’s. There are loads of examples of this .. One of mine involves holidays..  The perfect holiday for instance for me is not a 5 star hotel, but rather a cute cottage by the beach or in the country that is close to a farmers market where hubby and I can buy some amazing local produce and spend a lazy afternoon cooking up a superb meal..

It is this point that makes me not a “coach”… I cannot TELL you what an ideal life is because yours and mine are often very different.  I prefer to be a Strategy Mentor. Here do give you tips and tools to make you work out exactly what that ideal life looks like for YOU.

  • Make it Achievable: Do not plan for a 1 to 10 quick fix.  Most of the time that is not going to happen immediately. After all, if it was that easy, you would already be doing it 😊
  • Keep it flexible: Life happens, and your vision may evolve over time. That’s okay! What matters is that you’re taking intentional steps toward a life you love.

Your Action Steps for Day 1

  1. Fill in the Ideal Day Worksheet: Spend time visualizing what a perfect day in 2025 looks like.
  2. Complete the Life Audit: Download and fill out the worksheet to assess where you’re at.
  3. Vision Board:  Sketch out the ideas you want on your board.
  4. Take one small step: Choose ONE  action you can take this week to bring your vision closer to reality.

Tomorrow’s Focus: Building Simple Habits

Today was all about dreaming big and starting small. Tomorrow, we’ll focus on making progress by creating simple, practical habits that align with your vision.

Thanks for reading all the way to the bottom. 🤗

I want you to know that your ideal life can be your reality. Know that abundance is your birthright and is not set aside for “those people”

I’m so excited to see what you create! Don’t forget to share your vision or insights in our community group or write them in your journal for reflection.

Let’s make 2025 your best year yet!

3 Day Challenge – Day 2

Day 2- Setting Minimum Standards and Building Simple Habits

Welcome to Day 2.

Today is about creating practices and habits to make your path to an ideal life simple(r) and automatic.

With some daily practices, you can keep focused on where you want to go on your journey, and head off the obstacles as they may arise.

Let’s get started…

Step 1: Creating a “Minimum Standard”

Throughout your life, you have undoubtedly earned more income over time.

I am sure your lifestyle has risen to use all that income (and some)

Is the life you are living now all you hoped it would be?

Did you have grand plans just a few short years ago?

Did you say things like, “We will be so much better off with just an extra $100 a week” or “Paying off the car will make all the difference to the budget”

What happened?
Invariably, we get the promotion and pay rise.  We decide we deserve a new car and extend the car loan, a new job means the kids need more time in daycare and life just sort of goes on.

Not much changes to make you feel like you’re living your Ideal Life ☹

How can you break the cycle?

To begin with, it is a good idea to be clear with what is the absolute minimum standard that you feel comfortable with.

You might feel all is well in the world as long as you have a minimum of $5000 in the bank.
Or maybe it is just that you know you have enough to pay the credit card bill in full each month.

Get clear with yourself as to where your minimum is and determine a workable strategy to achieve that level.

Many people find that they get so enticingly close to their goal only to have something happen to pull them further away.  It might be the car breaks down or an unexpected expense arrives in the mail.

Whatever it is, try REALLY hard to not lose your momentum.  Find other ways to solve the problem without jeopardising your “minimum standard” plan.

Once you reach your minimum standard, set yourself a new target.  By showing the universe you are OK having excess, you will attract more.  This excess is not necessarily just money.

A friend of mine achieved her new minimum bank balance target and set her new intention to have more time with her kids.

She spent a few months looking for a job closer to home, and finally, a job presented itself.

It was 20 minutes closer to home and meant that she no longer needed to have her kids in after-school care, the downside was that it meant a $ 5000-year pay cut, but thanks to her new minimum she was comfortable that the new wage would not be an issue.

She accepted the job and made an appointment with her current boss to tender her resignation.   At that meeting, her boss offered her a newly created management position at a branch that the company was planning on opening in the next quarter.

The new branch was no more than a 2-minute drive or a leisurely 10-minute walk from her home.

She could walk the kids to school and she negotiated a finish time to be able to collect them after school and complete some management paperwork tasks from home.

The best part was the salary was $1000 a year higher than her current role.

The result is she now has more time AND more money.   She truly does feel closer to ideal with this new situation.

Action Step:

Have a look back at your “Life Audit” worksheet from yesterday.  Write down what is the MINIMUM standard you would feel happy with each section?  Are you below it in some areas?  If so, they are the important areas to work of in 2025.

Step 2: Declutter!!

Are you totally sick of seeing that word everywhere?    It does seem that decluttering is the new buzz word of the time.

I am not going to tell you to throw out everything or that things do not “spark joy”

However, it is beneficial to clear the path for riches to enter your life.  I am quite sure that in your vision of a perfect 10/10 life your rooms do not look like an episode of “Hoarders”.

You can start with you less than ideal items, get REALLY critical here. CAN you throw some items away?

Most of the time the real answer will be YES.  Look at items in a room and rate them 1-10.  Now look at the lower scoring items. You rated them low because they do not represent the vision you have for your 10/10 life.

So, in the word’s of a Disney Princess “Let it Go”  you may not be able to uplevel immediately, but give yourself a chance to live without that thing and see how it feels.

How to declutter?    I like to use the “Nike” method….JUST DO IT!!

Grab a box or some trash bags and just pile all that clutter in there.  Those pesky voices are going to start SCREAMING at you..  Excuses like:

  • But it was a gift, what if they notice it is not here anymore (They won’t)
  • But I love this top (but it doesn’t fit and you have not worn in 5 years)
  • But I will use this one day (you haven’t yet and you won’t in the future)
  • But I need it (No you don’t )
  • But it was expensive (but it is not useful anymore)
But – But  -But – BUT

Just pack everything up and seal those boxes or bags up with good strong tape.  Take them to an op shop or straight to the dump.

If you REALLY cannot bring yourself to dump them, write the date on those boxes and if they have not been opened in 6 months, you have your proof that those items do not belong in your life.

Keep it simple:
Choose ONE room today (or even ONE area- The kitchen bench, the bathroom vanity or the coffee table) to declutter.  Overwhelm often shows up as inaction.

A special tip on Digital Decluttering:

An easy way to declutter your inbox is to sort your emails by sender.
Now it is easy to see all those emails from “junk addresses” – newsletters, catalogues and sales emails that have served their purpose and are no longer necessary and that you do not need any longer.
Click on one and unsubscribe, then delete the whole lot.  Move on the next one and do the same.
Create folders in your inbox and have emails automatically sort themselves into the correct area.

What results will decluttering bring?

  • Removing these negatives from your life will open up the energy to allow new “ideals” to flow toward you.
  • You will begin to show the universe that you will not tolerate lower level items in your life, that you deserve so much more.
  • By decluttering the lower level items, you may force yourself to use those good glasses or wear that nice top, making you feel closer to your ideal you already.

How to create a daily practice decluttering?

Obviously, you won’t have time to do deep decluttering every day, but you can do little things most days to keep your life clutter-free and open for the flow of “ideals” to arrive.

Try creating these daily habits:

  • Make your bed in the morning.  The first step to tidying a bedroom is to make the bed. The bed is the focal point of the room. Having it made and tidy sets the tone of the environment. An unmade bed tends to accumulate clutter on it and around it.
  • Deal with physical mail immediately. Open mail over the rubbish tin and discard envelopes and junk mail.
  • Empty your pockets or purse of paper receipts, notes or lists
  • Do the dishes, clear the sink and bench tops before bed so you wake up to a fresh start in the morning.
  • Take out the trash.
  • Put things away before bedtime.  A quick whip around the living rooms to return remotes, throw rugs and cushions to their rightful place will, again, give you a fresh start for the morning.

None of these tasks take more than 1 or 2 minutes each, but the results are noticeable.

Step 3: Plan your Day

Just like when you go on a diet, it is a good idea to have a meal plan set out so you don’t fall off the wagon and eat a whole cake at morning tea  🙂  Planning your days and allowing for time to dedicate to your “ideal life” will make that journey happen.

For this exercise, go back to your Life Audit and jot down what you can do this week to up level one or two things this week.

You might want to connect with your partner more, so today, make a reminder on your phone to text him or her at a number of times throughout the week, just to say “Hi, I Love You” or Send a cute smiley and let them know you are thinking of them.

Another example might be that in your ideal life, you run 30 minutes every day.  Start right now by running 5 minutes 2 or 3 times a week.

Most of the things on your Life Audit can be levelled a little bit at a time.

A cautionary note though: Do not overwhelm yourself with a huge to do list.  Keep it to no more than 4 “must do today” items.

Your Action Steps for Day 2

  • Decide your Minimum standard for each segment of your Life Audit ( see here for some ideas)
  • Choose ONE area to declutter
  • Choose a “quick win” (no more than 5 mins) task that you can foster as a new habit.
  • Plan your day – no more than 4 ‘must do” tasks

Giving yourself the gift of time to work on your own life is a precious thing.
Taking just a few minutes each morning or evening to create these practices will help immensely on the path to your ideal life.

Share in the Facebook Group how what new habits you are creating.

Tomorrow’s Focus: Long Term Success

Every month we work on just ONE area of the Life Audit, dissect it into smaller chunks and keep the momentum going toward the Ideal Life you have been craving.

3 Day Challenge – Day 3

Day 3 - Setting Yourself Up for Long-Term Success

Welcome to Day 3.

The secret to achieving your Ideal Life is focusing on your vision and revising it as you go along.

Each month or so I will look in-depth at an area of my life audit and decide what I can do to improve something by just one step.

For example – a few months ago I made a detailed Vision to upgrade our apartment.  I got quotes for larger works (a new vanity cabinet and shower screen) Now I had a dollar figure to target. Some sensible savings and it was not long until I could give the go ahead on the works.

Then set my intentions to find some upgrade on some furniture pieces.  Doing a few Facebook Marketplace searches for “dining chairs” and all of a sudden, my feed was full of them.  It did not take long to be shown a set of 6 gorgeous chairs at a BARGIN. The people were moving overseas and selling everything off. (Sadly, the table was too large for our unit).

😊  Then I sold our old chairs on marketplace and recouped half the cost of the new additions.  WIN!!

Step 1: Be-Do-Have

The Be-Do-Have exercise is one of my favourite tools in creating your ideal life.  Many life coaches and authors use this model to create change.

The basic premise of the Be-Do-Have model is to realise WHO you need to BE?
As we have discussed previously, success in any area of life should start with a clear vision of the  results you desire. If you don’t know what the goal is, it is impossible to tell if you’ve achieved success or not.

Once we are really clear about what we want and why we want it, the game changing question is not ‘what do I need to DO?’ but ‘who do I need to BE?’

Another way of asking this question is ‘”What the ideal life version of ME look like?”

One example of this is the fitness or weight loss goals so many of us have, yet never quite achieve.
It’s about who we have to BE to HAVE  a slim fit body.

We might need to learn the strategies to BE someone who knows how to find ways of dealing with stress or boredom other than eating and ways to get motivated out of procrastination about exercise.
Someone who can say NO to that second piece of cake and that someone who gets up 1/2 hour earlier in the morning to go for a run.

Another example might be that you set a goal to make $1 million in five years. That’s the result– the HAVE.
However, to get there, you have to BE skilled, and confident enough to behave in a certain way and to implement what needs to be done to achieve that.

What kind of person makes it in their field of expertise, when most work hard for very little recognition or reward?  What must they believe about themselves? How do they dress? What is their relationship with money?   How do they walk when they enter a room?   If you can be this kind of person, then you can have  the same results as they do.

In other words to BE the person, that can DO what it takes to reach the HAVE (the goal).

To show how the Be-Do-Have model transpires in the world, lets look at three different types of people.

 Let’s call them:

  • The UNDERDOG
  • The PLODDER
  • The RICH

The UNDERDOG lives their life in the order HAVE DO BE

They say, “When I HAVE enough (time, money, help) , then I’ll  be able DO the things I’ve always wanted to, and then I’ll BE rich and happy  If I had what that person has I could be as rich as them, but I don’t so I’ll never be rich.”

The underdog is always waiting for someone to change their life before they can see themselves moving out of the rut.

The PLODDER is all about DO HAVE BE

They say, “The more I DO, the more I’ll HAVE. The more I’ll HAVE, the happier I’ll BE”.
They work and work and work. They might climb the corporate ladder and be rewarded with bigger and  bigger salaries.

The problem is, the more they do, the more there is still to do and the more they have  there is still more to have.  By working and not taking the time to enjoy what they have, they often forget to BE

The  RICH arranges their life with the intentional order of  BE DO HAVE

They say, “It is not what do I need to HAVE before I can start, or what  I need to DO… but who do I need to BE?”

What kind of person would have access to the kind of outcomes I want?  What does that person DO?  By Being and Doing, the HAVING often manifests itself.

Be Do Have is definitely the rarest of the three types and maybe a little away from the norm. however it is the most powerful.

Cultivating the BE-DO-HAVE mindset can be worked on by firstly writing your goals backwards.

Start with the HAVE and then set your intention to DO what it takes to achieve that then work on the person you need to BE. As I mentioned before, the goal might be a healthier version of you.  To achieve that, you need to BE the person that gets up early to DO a gym class to HAVE a leaner body.

Step 2: Reminders and Bedding the Dream Down Tight.

Attracting and creating your ideal life is not an overnight thing.  It requires daily reminders and regular reinforcement of your desires.

Just like you set an alarm to wake you up in the morning or reminders on your phone to help remember events, it is important to set yourself reminders in little ways throughout your life to really bed that vision of living your ideal life firmly into your psyche.

Take a look back at your Life Audit and the “Ideal Day” exercise.  How can you use little things to remind you of your ultimate life?

Having your morning coffee in a gorgeous mug rather than the chipped one you always use.  (In fact throw that out, chipped and broken china has no place in your ideal life) Lovely high end bone china cups can be picked up for a few dollars from charity stores.

Each morning, think over your entire day. How can you improve today by just one small step to move it toward the ideal?

There are a number of ways to create these reminders.
The adage “fake it ‘til you make it” comes to mind here.

  • Have that coffee and cake date at a 5-star hotel lobby, It costs no more than the busy kiosk in the middle of the shopping centre.
  • Go window shopping in boutiques Pretty Woman style.
  • Test drive your ideal car (and buy a keyring while you are at the dealership)
  • Go to the open houses of your ideal home.

Surround yourself with these experiences and let them wash over you.
Feel it seep in as being the normal, comfortable way you now live your life.

Other little, everyday ideas could be:

  • Create popups on your phone reminding you that you have an Ideal Life
  • change your passwords to your goal eg: $5000Minimum
  • Print out your vision board, frame it and hang it where you will see it every day.
  • Keep one large banknote in your wallet, so each time you pay for something you are reminded that there is plenty of cash.
  • Have inspirational mantras, pictures or a copy of your vision board as the screen saver on your computer and phone.

The purpose of these reinforcements is to keep your attitude positive and to remind you that, you can be the type of person who has the ideal life.

Step 3: Gratitude

Gratitude is a powerful emotion. Giving thanks for the things you DO have will keep you motivated and moving forward.

Practising gratitude is useful because:

  • it makes you feel good immediately.
  • you will feel a renewed fondness and closeness to those you are grateful for
  • Life becomes more enjoyable
  • It’s good for your health
  • It’s easier to cope with tough times
  • Good things in life don’t stick in our heads as easily as bad events.

This last point is really important. We tend to remember vividly when bad things happen, and the time we spend thinking about them makes us unhappy.

Take for example a test in school, you may have got 98 out of 100, but rather than rejoicing in that, we focus on those 2 questions we got wrong and prevented a perfect score.

By making an effort to increase how often we experience gratitude, it can balance out some of the negative stuff.

To create a Gratitude Practice, every evening, while planning for your next day, write down the one thing that you are grateful for today.  What was the best thing that happened to you today?  What made you feel closer to your ideal life?

Throughout your day, express gratitude for the little things. Say thank you to the checkout person at the supermarket, smile at strangers in the street or literally stop and smell a flower.

Remember, there is always someone worse off, so even if you are having a really bad day, give thanks that you opened your eyes and put your feet on the floor this morning.

Step 4: A Warning!!! Beware of Other People.

As you do the work toward your ideal life, you may find some backlash aimed at you.
You may receive some snide comments or get wind of some nasty gossip.

They  may worry that this new you is changing in ways that may not be for the best.

STOP..

People grow in different ways and often growth can be a barrier and trigger some deep-seated fears. Keep in mind that your path involves creating YOUR ideal life, not theirs.   I am sure that in your ideal life, your partner, family and friends play an important role.

In the early stage of your journey, you will no doubt encounter many of your own blocks, which in turn may trigger theirs.

Peoples own blocks and fears might make them worry that you are going to “outgrow” them and you will not have time for them anymore.
You may even find yourself dodging questions about what you are doing, or hiding your successes.

Try to initiate honest open discussions with people if they question your motives.

This can be especially difficult with your partner.  Reassure them that it is not about them being “less” in any way, but rather a journey you can both take together.

Have them do their own life audit, you do not have to share the results with each other.

Stay positive and keep finding those tiny ways you can up-level that may not even be noticeable to anybody but you.

Action Steps

Be-Do-Have Exercise:

Identify the person you need to BE  to achieve your goals.
Start small by practicing habits that align with your ideal self.

Daily Reminders:

Look for ways keep your vision alive
Swap everyday items for small luxuries (e.g., a beautiful mug).
Immerse yourself in experiences that reflect your ideal life.

Gratitude Practice:

What I’ve Been Up To
I took most of the last year re-evaluating exactly how I saw MY ideal life – and you know it just did NOT involve working 7 days a week as well as launching a new programme 😊

I have simplified, and NOW is the time to share my passion for showing women how to create a roadmap to their ideal life.

How about you? Is your life on track?
It’s been a while since you did the Lifestyle Quiz—want to try it again and see how things have changed? You might find some new insights!

PS  Here are 3 tips you can do TODAY to head toward your ideal life

  • Gratitude 🌸
Take 2 minutes right now and jot down three things you’re grateful for, no matter how small. Focusing on the positive helps shift your mindset and opens up space for more joy in your life.
  • Declutter One Spot 🧹
Pick a small area—your purse, a drawer, or a corner of your desk—and declutter it. Clearing physical clutter clears mental clutter, helping you feel more in control and calm instantly.
  • Set a Tiny Intention 🎯
Decide on one small thing you want to improve today, like taking a 5-minute walk or drinking more water. Setting and completing small intentions builds momentum toward bigger life changes.

✨ Need more joy in your life? It’s closer than you think! 💖

Hi there,

Do you have as much joy in your life as you would like?

This is something that has been on my mind since I saw a post from a friend recently questioning where the joy was in her life. 😞

Sometimes, we can get so caught up in “big picture” visions and dreams that we forget to stop and look at the joy we can have in the little things.

For instance, these past weeks have been a bit crazy for me as hubby’s business is starting into our “silly business season”.

I have felt rushed and a bit stressed. So I decided I had had quite enough and decided to take some “me time”.

I had shopping to do, but rather than making it just another chore, I rang a friend who does not drive, and does not get out much, and said “Hey, Want to come shopping with me?”

We had a lovely morning and finished off with a simple picnic of freshly made salad sandwiches and our water bottles sitting by the sea.

Now THAT is my idea of a joyful day:)

It’s easy to get caught up in the hustle of life, but what if we shifted our focus to the simple joys?

Maybe it’s that first cup of coffee in the morning, the sound of rain, or a good book at the end of the day, or , like I did, a few moments with a friend.

These moments are free but can have a huge impact on how we feel.

Try to take a moment today to pause, breathe, and find those little moments of joy in your day.

I’d love to chat more about how you’re finding joy in your life! Come join the conversation in my Facebook group—it’s a space where we can share tips, wins, and support each other.

PS  Here are 3 ways you can find the simple joys in your life today.

  • Indulge in a Simple Pleasure
Find a small indulgence that makes you happy—a favourite snack, reading a chapter of a book, or a warm bath. Allow yourself to fully enjoy these little moments without feeling guilty.
    .
  • Spend Time in Nature
Take a short walk outside, even if it’s just in your backyard. Take joy in the feel of the grass underfoot, breathe in the air and relish in the calming effect and feel more connected to the world around you.
    .
  • Connect with Someone You Care About
Call or message a friend or family member. Even a short, meaningful chat can lift your spirits and make you feel more joyful.

Oh!! and one more… CHOCOLATE. 🍫. (or wine 🍷).
